Using the service

You must have authority to audit submitted websites and must not use Profound411 to disrupt systems, evade access controls, infringe rights, or violate law. You are responsible for your account and submitted content.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Plan limits apply as shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice for future billing periods.

Reports and recommendations

Audit results are informational and may contain errors or omissions. Search platforms and website technologies change frequently; Profound411 does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, or business outcomes.

Availability and termination

We may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid during the three months before the claim.
